System Diagnosis

The text version of the course will work properly on any browser that is "4.0" and above.

If you try to use a lower version browser, you will have problems filling out form fields, and will find it all rather frustrating.

If necessary, you can upgrade your browser for free.

In order to use the video course, you will need to download and install the RealVideo player, and then test it with the demonstration to make sure that it works.
