Alternate State, Jurisdiction, or an Insurance Company

Currently, the WebTrafficSchool certificate of completion is recognized by the DMV's of Nevada, Florida and Virginia. In California, our certificate is recognized by most, but not all, counties (for a complete list of counties where we are approved click here). If you would like to take the course for a county or state in which the WebTrafficSchool certificate is not currently recognized, you will need to obtain special permission in advance from the appropriate court.

If you have already obtained this special permission, then please fill in the state and jurisdiction you would like named on your Certificate of Completion.  You will be solely responsible for delivering the Certificate to them.
