solutions to a number of common technical questions:
Before you proceed, please make sure that you have Flash installed
and that you are running an up to date Internet Browser (Internet
Explorer or Netscape Communicator.) Upgrading these free products
can solve most technical problems. Please use the upgrade link
above to download the newest browser and Flash plug-in.

I'm
having problems starting the course, I keep getting taken to the
Flash download page. |

course works on Flash technology. If you haven't installed Flash
on your machine, please do so before trying to continue the course.
If you have already installed Flash, but are still not allowed to
continue with the course please call our support number (number
on the right) for assistance. |
I've
completed a section of the course and exited the program. When I
come back and try to re-entered it starts me from beginning again.
What should I do? |
Make
sure you are not using bookmarks or favorites to reenter the program.
Go to "RE-ENTER" the course page and follow the instructions.
