Q:
How do I know whether I'm eligible to enroll in the Web Traffic School of Virginia course?
A:
If Web Traffic School of Virginia is listed in your judicial district, or you have received our name from the DMV or the Court, then the Court has granted you permission to attend our course. In that case, you can go ahead and begin our course. If you are unclear if we're listed, simply go to the Virginia or Other States course pages for a complete list of approved courts.

Remember:

1. Taking any Driver Improvement course to reduce or negate a traffic citation must have prior approval of the General District Court Judge. It may require two Court appearances or conferences with he Judge. The first to gain approval to participate in the program; and second, to present the formal certificate award.

2. Taking any Driver Improvement course to reduce insurance rates must be approved by an individual insurance company. The insurance company may authorize a reduction; however, there is no state law that mandates a reduction upon certified completion of Driver Improvement.
Q:
When can I start the program?
A:
Anytime. Web Traffic School of Virginia is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Q:
My expiration date is tomorrow. Can I still enroll in your program?
A:

Generally, yes, if you can complete the entire course by today.

If you can't complete the course today, you need to call the court and ask for an extension. Most courts are concerned that you finish the course by the expiration date.

Once you have finished the course, we will send you your signed official certificate, which you will then need to sign and deliver to the court.

Q:
Do I have to take the entire course in 1 day?
A:

No. You can take the course in pieces as small as five minutes at a time. The course will remember where you left off and when you return will bring you to the closest appropriate point.

When you are finished with the course, there is a short quiz, and that's it!

Q:
Do I have to do an entire section at once?
A:

No. You can break down individual sections into small pieces, and come and go as you please.

Remember, driver improvement course on your terms is what Web Traffic School of Virginia is all about.

Q:
What is a Case Number or a Docket Number?
A:
Case Number, Citation Number, and Docket Number are all basically the same. Whatever your court calls it, you can probably find it on the top right corner of your court papers.
Q:
How will I receive my Certificate of Completion?
A:
Once you have finished the course, we will send you your signed official certificate on the next business day, which you will then need to sign and deliver to the court.
